John is a war journalist, facing choices that will make or break him. What I Just Shot tells the story of the 'pictures that bleed', the wars that produce them and the people who risk their lives to record such stories. This humorous, challenging and visceral play explores the nature of truth, passivity, propaganda and integrity in the context of immeasurable suffering. John's moral dilemmas have implications for us all -- have we become a nation of voyeurs?
