Bad Jews
by Joshua Harmon
directed by Bob Ryder
“The best comedy of the season” wrote the New York Times, when Bad Jews surfaced off‑Broadway in 2013. “There’s nothing like a death in the family to bring out the worst in people.” Since then the play has had enjoyed a great reception from audiences around the world, not least for its super-charged sense of humour.
In real life, it’s usually painful to watch people behaving badly towards each other. On a theatre stage, it can be enormous fun. This is a play which really piles on the laughs when you might least expect them!
